I've just got mine about 2 weeks ago and the second day it started freezing and acting up sometimes. Then a few days ago I dropped it and now the software's really faulty. I want to get it fixed so it can return to normal but I just want to ask, has anyone had the same problems? Or is it an overall good phone? Include details please
