What do you think of the Panasonic Lumix FZ40/FZ45?

I just purchased this camera. I haven't got it yet, receiving it soon.

I got it mostly because of how you much control you have over everything because you can literally manually control everything yourself, as I've heard.

I was wondering what anyone else thought of this camera?

And whether you own one yourself and what you've experienced from it?
