what do you think of the palm pixi?

i finally decided to get a palm pixi in 2 weeks for my upgrade. i went to sprint and told me i was eligible for a pixi or any kind of touch screen.
but i wana make sure im getting a good phone for two years instead of a piece a crap phone
so is it a good phone?
the guy at sprint told me it was
but can i have a second opinion?? plz??
