What do you think of the HP smart web printing improvement program?

Every time I turn my computer on there is a pop up about getting involved in this program. I was wondering if some one has gotten involved in it.
 
The HP Smart Web Printing Improvement Program pop-up is NOT from HP do NOT answer it. I sent a screenshot to HP and they responded with an email notifying me that this pop-up sign is NOT from HP.
