What do you think of the Fiat/Chrysler merger?

I think it’s terrible for a couple of reasons. First, both Chrysler and Fiat have quality control issues. In fact, mechanics say Fiat is an acronym for “Fix It Again Tony”

Second, I have issues with letting a great American company like Chrysler merge with a third rate auto maker. Shouldn’t we be more supportive of Detroit’s auto makers?
 
I think it's a bad move, another slap in the face to the American Worker. Tax payers have already contributed money like it was water, and now we're going to let another Country come in and take over?
The Obama Administration took control of the banks, why not Chrysler?
The UAW is a hard partner but if we don't get it under control, we will be buying every car from some other country, not just Chrysler.
How many clothing companies are still producing in the US?
A $100 Blouse and it is made in China, You think there isn't an American that would work to make that garment? But we no longer have manufacturing in the US because we chose to environmental control and OSHA and Tax the companies straight out of the country.
Enough.
