...bail-out money? To quote a representative of JPMorgan Chase,"We've lent some of it. We've not lent some of it. We've not given any accounting of, 'Here's how we're doing it.' We have not disclosed that to the public. We're declining to."
The other banks have all basically taken the same position. What do you think?

I should also add that some banks are saying that they don't even know where the money's going. One rep of Regions Financial Corp. said that they manage their capital in aggregate/in it's totality or whole sum.

I didn't think it was a good idea to give them money without rules in the first place and now that they have gotten uppity... cut them off. right now.. no more . tuff luck.. any money left should go to the people who have loans with unreal interest rates etc.
