Not Saying It To Their Face? There are many people out there who use this type of behaviour as a mean of socialising, whether in restaurants, pubs, parties etc... and go home thinking they had a great time out there, while leaving others sad. My best friend has been a victim of that....
People laugh to the joke because it is not said seriously and most of the times poor victims find themselves in situations where by they have to laugh too
