I was just wondering why Omega-3 fish oils are recommended so much when they contain a small amount of cholesterol ? I have been taking 2 each day for a long while as part of my diet supplement routine. Has anyone else who takes these found any noticeable benefits from taking them, and how many each day do you take ? What are the differences between Omega-3 and Omega- 6 oils that you know of?
