What do you think of my poem?

We have to write 8 poems for my grade 8 english class and I'm not really sure how to:s am i on the right track? Any advice or suggestions?

The smile
So forced
So fake
So well-rehearsed
The smile that disguises the sadness
The laugh
So false
So unreal
So practiced
The laugh that covers the pain
The eyes
The eyes that bare the truth
The sleepless nights
the tears they have spilled
But the eyes they go unnoticed ignored
And that smile
That artificial
plastered on smile

Hides everything
