Im writing a poem about sexual assault for my creative writing class but trying to make it a poem with an underlying meaning. here is what i wrote so far, feel free to add or give me ideas!
Stained white shirt, now damaged with dirt
Once pure and clean, now smells so mean
Wrinkled and tough to the touch
Innocence stolen without her permission
Innocence gone without her submission
Did he even listen?
There was no excuse to put her in this position
possible ending:
The passing of time has left me looking gray
And a different World I live in today.
