What Do You Think Of My New Year's Diet/Exercise Plan?

Today I ate:
-One Vegetable Protein Link
-Two Slices of Whole Wheat Dry Toast
-Baby Carrots
-A Pear
-Mandarin Oranges
-Lentil Soup
-A Lot of Water

I walked five miles on a treadmill for my exercise...

What do you guys think? If I stick to this, how much weight do you expect me to lose in three months?

By the way, I am 14, and 5' 4". My starting weight is 141 pounds (6 pounds overweight).
I gained 26 pounds over the Holiday season >:(
