What Do You Think of Huntik?

This show has become one of my favorite shows on television, right behind Ben 10 Alien Force and has peeked my interest for more media outlets such as movies and merchendise. A true winner in my book. I do hope the best for this show as it has helped to revitalize the CW4Kids lineup and add's a huge spark to Saturday morning cartoons, amazing!

Huntik is one great cartoon. It keeps my interest between episodes, and it keeps things interesting. This doesn't mean it is perfect. There are many cheezy scenes that teh show could eitehr do without or edit. However, I would recogmend teh show to anyone, and usually do.

Huntik is good. There are certain episodes which are rushed. Especially at the end, but, overall though, the series is interesting. Hopefully, it does make its targeted audience think because there are a lot of mysteries that go on that does require some problem solving.

Curious how the Italian team is going to explain
Lok's father's disappearance in the second season. I was scratching my head because I thought he was the dog. :D

I was introduce by a friends of this action and adventure show about a group of seekers traveling around the globe in search of ancient amulets that can invoke different types of monsters. When i watch the first episodes, i was attracted and watch the follows. Although there are some rush episodes, it cannot affect Huntik is a good show.:anime:

So far, I think that it is a really enjoyable series. I like how they have these different kind of legends as backgrounds to their missions. I do agree that some of the episodes feel kind of rushed, but hopefully that will get taken care of over time. I'm interested in the series enough to keep on going to see where it ends up for now.

What's funny is that I've been hearing this title quite a bit lately, but I have no idea what it's about, or when it's on.

What's the premise, is there anything else you'd compare it to, and is there any way I can legally watch this online to catch up?

I'd say this trailer summarizes up the show quite nicely.

It's basically about a team of young adults who travel the world unlocking secrets and anceint legends, while at the same time harnessing the power of mythical "Titans." The premise is kind of like Indiana Jones, Harry Potter and Pokemon all mixed in one. It's not terribly original, but I find the show entertaining enough.

And here's high-quality streaming video where you can watch all the episodes legally. It airs at 10:30 AM on The CW4Kids.

I think that about covers it. ;)

It's storytelling is superb and it's animation is fantastic, it's definatly one of the finest animated shows on TV, if you have not watched it yet then you should check out the 4Kids website and stream an episode or two there, it's legal and it is of good quality.

It's one of my two Saturday morning records -- with KRDK (and RPM coming up in a few weeks).

I'm impressed by its artistry but am beginning to wonder if the show will be anything more than week after week of what seems to be becoming an SOS formulaic, "let's go to X and look for artifact Y" series. Each one doesn't seem to be building on the previous one or combining to tell a bigger story.

The show's all right, but it is missing opportunities left and right. Also, some of the animation cuts corners early on, episodes 3 and 5 were full of wonky animation. Now it seems to have been fixed, or at least reduced to a tolerable level. Other than Zhalia, the characters are pretty bland (other than the furry gargoyle, which is driving me insane), they don't stand out to me.

It's an enjoyable series, and it definitely has that Saturday Morning feel to it. I'm also in the group that believes it needs to step up, because it can become more than what it is. Hopefully, the underlying conflict will start to take presence soon, because it is starting to become repetitive.
