What do you think of Gold's gym? Do you ever have to wait for treadmills or sign up to use them or are they normally free to use? Positives? Negatives?
We do not have LA fitness, I will not do American Family because they use money to support anti-equal rights groups, and the closest YMCA is 25 minutes away. I would prefer to go to Gold's if people think they are good but if not I may drive extra distance to YMCA. I want some opinions because I am leaning more toward them.
