This is just out of my own curiousity... but I was wondering how people feel about bosses who watch the camera's in their store as if they were watching a T.V. show or something. I use to work in a fast food joint, and the bosses there would literally watch the security camera's as if the place was a reality show. They had it wired to their t.v., laptop, blackberry, etc. and were ALWAYS watching it. They would call us all the time to bitch at us (e.g. why is so and so sitting down, someone needs to clean the tray off that table, etc). It really bothered me because we had zero privacy. I understand that they are the bosses, but when there are supervisors in charge and the place is running smoothly with no problems, I dont think it's right to 'spy' on us and control our every single move. So what's your opinion on this?
