What do you think of 96,000 miles on this car? HELP NEEDED FAST PLEASE?

I'm very close to closing a deal with a person on buying his 2006 BMW 325i with 96,000 miles for $13k. Is that too much ? or a good deal? He says the car has highway miles on it, for the most part. He lives in a rural area and i do believe that the car does have highway miles on it. Would you buy it if you had the money??
