That way only people who have stake in the game can make "decisions" as to how their money gets spent?
 
They are only poor because they choose (or chose) to be a failure. They could have finished high school, etc etc. They chose not to. Now reap the consequences.

People who are legitimately unable (emphasis on CANNOT not, WILL NOT, rather large difference) to work deserve assistance. People who pop out babies to get a bigger welfare check (or pop out babies while on welfare PERIOD) need to be offed.

A little history there...

You could easily require someone to have a positive income tax liability in order to vote in the federal elections, it wouldn't be hard...

Additionally why is it terrible to suggest they can't vote until they're contributing members of society, but its perfectly ok to suggest they can violate my rights or your rights to be secure in our persons and property?

Taxes to fund a government as laid out by the US constitution would not qualify as legalized theft. Taxes to take from me and give to someone else who isn't working, gets welfare, housing assistance etc, IS legalized theft based on the examples I've given. It's very obvious the context in which I've been discussing this and you would rather twist words and make absurd comments.
 
Well that too, but still, he wants to deny a US citizens right to a block of Americans by an amendment? That's as bad as liberals trying to take away guns.
 
I think hes saying whites are better because they have a lower ratio... But the way I look at it why do ratios matter... If all the white trash republicans not paying taxes lose the vote.. wouldnt that just about counter all the blacks and Hispanics not paying taxes?

Your right. And it was modified because people were being left out that way. It was modified to what it is today. They fixed a wrong and made it right, and it is a right to every US citizen now.
 
Find it in the constitution where the federal gov't is ALLOWED to give welfare and entitlement, and post it here.

Until you do, you are a dumbass bean counter.
 
I never said it's allowed. In fact, I've done more IRL to fight against entitlements that you have. The point has nothing to do with the unconstitutionality of welfare.
