What do you think it is ?

Hi, I have a small what i think is a lump on my right testical at the top, its small and hard but i can feel something move sometimes it can feel bigger than normal at times, it can hurt slightly if i put pressure on it, I am 16 and statred feeling it in june it felt like a little dot but has got slightly bigger. it isnt attached to anything as far as i know, what do you think?
ps. going to the doctors tomorrow
 
Are Cyst's supposed to hurt when pressure is applied?

and i thought cyst's only occur on the tendons ???
