is it better to wash dishes or use disposable dishes?

now if you wash dishes you waste water
but if you use disposable dishes you make more trash

whats best to help our world?
 
There is the concept of "gray water." Water used to wash dishes is collected in a "gray water" basin and is used for other purposes like irrigation.

Disposable dishes require a lot of water in the manufacturing process, so they're even worse than if you were to was dishes and not reclaim the "gray water."
