When it comes to eating right, I get lazy, so could someone give me a weeks worth of meals that are super simple to make not a lot of ingredients and healthy enough to help me start losing weight. Of course I will be exercising, Im just not a big cook so I typically will make a pizza or bake some chicken and for a side some mac n cheese. or the classic super simple spaghetti. What are your thoughts on easy yet healthy meals. Since I don't eat much vegetables, I figured I'd go and get some V8 juices to get my daily veggie intake. Is that an okay replacement? Oh, I am a 21 year old female about 5 foot 9, and pretty much over weight. Thanks for reading!!!
