I was reading a question in the camera section and I couldn't believe one of the responses given... it was ridiculous!
The person asked about different modes, and the response was:
"M is bulb, but basically manual. There is no flash, so it would be ideal to put it on a tripod. Av is for longer exposures...If you have seen a photograph of the city, with the cars in motion and they look like bright lines...Thats what its for.. Tv is another manual setting, as well as p. The rest have miniature pictures beside them, which shouldn't be too hard to understand."
Was this a joke, was he/she trying to be misleading, or was the responder just a complete idiot?
