What do you think about this War?

I know that this war may never happen, but Im trying to make a book about South Korea invading Japan in modern times. No UN involvement, no allies, just the 2 nations. I know hat both nations are peace full, but at least think, who would be victorious in an all out war. I was gonna write win, but no one wins in a war.
