Is the book title and back cover blurb catchy enough to make someone want to open and read the book? Thanks for all answers in advance!
Mumukshu: Quest for Absolute Freedom
Mumukshu takes you on a journey of inquiry into the true nature of freedom. You discover that to realize true and lasting freedom, you don't need to be lucky or powerful, nor strive endlessly and compete with others, nor wait for some after-life. All you need to do is to look within, honestly and sincerely, and set yourself free from the limiting beliefs and superstitions that have kept us trapped in a prison of our own making.
When you learn to meditate, to dive deep into the depth of your own being, you will discover an ocean of love, bathing in which all your pain and suffering will begin to dissolve. The longer you stay in this inner sanctuary, the faster you will heal. Once you learn to tap into this inner treasure, you will experience a state of freedom from thought, freedom from dependence, freedom from suffering; a state so deeply fulfilling that no objective experience can even come close. You discover the experience and joy of living in absolute freedom.
In this book we inquire into:
• What true fulfillment is, and what it is not.
• Why so few people are able to realize true fulfillment.
• What meditation is, and what it is not.
• How to transform suffering into peace.
• The significance of having a spiritual practice.
• How to guard your inner treasure and avoid falling back into old habit patterns.
• What sets a master apart from a scholar.
• Why some people get stuck and are unable to progress on a spiritual journey.
• How to live in absolute freedom.
I am also thinking of an alternate title: Nirvana : absolute freedom
