well they took over NASA . after running it in the ground with the expense of a reusable shuttle . and now they want to go back to the one shot rocket . the government layed suck strict guild lines on how not to build a car that will last . and it destroyed the auto industry . soon the cars will either be more disposable or they will actually be built to last . but as from what we know about the government they dont like anything that will outlast them .
