To add some details... I was pulled over for running a stop sign, which i honestly did not think about because i was on a bike and there were no cars, and for not having a light on my bike (it was about 2am)... Also my friend was with me and had consumed just as much alcohol and he was not even questioned by the officer. I was not beligerent or wasted, I had just had a few drinks and went on a bike ride...
What do you think about the morality of a dui on a bicycle? given these circumstances?
