What do you think about that guy with no legs competing in the olympics?

there is a guy called Oscar Pistouris, and he competes in the paralympics and he wants to compete in the olympics for able-bodied people. However because he uses fiber-glass he is not allowed to compete. Because it has been proven that they give him an advantage,

Do you think that he should be able to compete?
