What do you think about joining the military?

Here's the deal. I am 20 years old. I want to do something with my life. I want to be a Marine. I am sick of my life right now. I was at a University but realized it wasn't for me. I want to do something that I feel good about. Being a Marine is what I want in life right now. I want to join the USMC Reserves and become a cop afterwards/ I am still deciding on it. Is this unrealistic? While I am in he reserves, I want to continue to go to school. Any advice? I would greatly appreciate it.
 
At the end of the day it comes down to what you really want to do. However if you want to be a police officer it would b easier to get a job if you have served in the military. Alot of agencies look for military experience
