Any social problems caused by female sex offenders is much less than social problems caused by male sex ofenders.
for example there have been several recent cases of Adult Female Teachers who sexually molested under age male students.
I find it very hard to believe that an underage boy would be traumatized if he were sexually molested by a female teacher.
Most underage boys that I know of would think that they had gotten very lucky.
However when the circumstances are reversed and it is an adult male Teacher molesting and underage female student, the underage female student will often be severely traumatized.
Essentially adult male sex offenders do a great deal of damage and need to be sent to prison.
Adult female sex offenders do little if any damage, and we really should not make punishment of female sex offenders a high priority.
