What do you think about cycling a bike with 3 kids- on front seat and rear trailor?

Have any of you attempted this? What would it be like to ride with a 1 yr old on a front seat and 4 yr old twins in a trailer? I don't know anyone with a trailer to try it out before purchasing. My avid bike rider friend has recommended this to me as I am ill from walking miles everyday and she thinks this will be easier??! I would never ride on the road, so the journey will be through a park and about 1 mile on a path. Would it be really tough with all these kids in tow? Thankyou if you can take the time to advise!
 
I've never tried it, but I think it is a great idea. As far as your kids are concerned, it will be an adventure and a half for them.

It will be fine if it is flat, plus it will get easier if you do it every day because it will tone up your legs.

Seeing as you walk alot your legs should already be pretty toned
