opinion...please help!? okay the title of the peom is "The Unchanging Course Of Nature"
What is about the seasons that we love?
Is it because the winters snow
Makes the ground as pure and white as a dove?
Or is it because the flowers grow
In the beautiful spring time
And we will all someday know
The beauty of nature’s course
Do we love the seasons because we like the wind blowing in our face
On a cold winters day?
Or because we like the heat rushing through our veins
In the midst of May?
What happens when you go outside and see
The delicate leaves fall off of the tree’s?
Each one different in there own way
Will eventually fall and fly away
As all things, new things start and old things end.
But the unchanging course of nature will never set a new trend
Please tell me if you like it or not and what i can do to improve it
also please tell me if the rhyme scheme was ok...sometimes i did and abab rhyme scheme and sometimes aabb. is this poem a free style rhyme scheme?
