I sent a couple poems in and they wouldn't quit bugging me. I won this I won that, It is being published if you only sent us $
Think people It's supposed to be think not "thin" I did the same thing on my first poem I sent in. I made a typing error in first line and when I tried to change it, it didn't do no good.

That's a classic scam.

"Congratulations, you're a brilliant poet! In fact, we think your work is so fantastic, we're going to publish it! So why don't you pay us to do so?"

People have sent in "poems" that were gibberish, just pounding random letters on a keyboard, to see if poetry.com actually differentiated. And they got the same emails bugging for money.

i never tried it i usually keep my poems to myself...

but yes how could you win if you need to send them money, just delete the site from your system..

People know you made an error lol there just not answering lol.

And poetry.com is a scam. Any well- informed poet knows this.

Enough said. Do not have anything to do with them.

Need further evidence look on wikipedia and various other sites.
