What do you like and dislike about camping? ?

What I like:
-I'm out in nature and I get to be with my family.
-My family and I would take walks at night with our flashlights
-Hikes
-Food taste so much better when camping compared to eating it at home
-Sitting by the fire and looking at the stars
-Peaceful silence at night
-Not having to worry about anything (life particularly) for a few days.
-The smell of campfire smoke

Dislikes:
-Going potty. The restroom disgust me.
-Having to pack up when leaving and unpack when getting home (tiring!)
-Bugs
-Obnoxious and rude people talking loudly at night when the rest are trying to enjoy the peaceful sound of nature.
-Over-packing unnecessary items
-The dirty feeling I get after having smoke and ashes on me and not being able to shower for a few days

That's all I can think of for now, but tell me what's yours =)

I like being outdoors, campfires, snuggling in one sleeping bag with my sweetie, playing a guitar or mandolin by the fire. Hiking, getting away from everyday life and other people. Canoeing, swimming, food does taste better.
Dislike having to go Home when it's time.
 
like: sounds of nature
clean air
hot dogs roasted on an open fire
no city noise
no light pollution

dislike:
insects
setting up tent
packing up
latrines
 
I love the fresh air and I enjoy hiking and fishing.

I LOATH getting bitten by mesquitos and having to go to the restroom in a bush
 
likes:
feeling one with nature
the sounds of nature... wildlife, wind, water...
fresh clean air
canoeing, hiking, fishing, peace
camp fires, crackling logs on the campfire

dislikes:
bugs, drenching rain, freezing temperatures
noisy neighbors
wet sleeping bags
 
I love everything about it. The sites I go to the restrooms are clean and the showers are the best. There are no rude people so the nights are quiet and still. Ummmm I wish I could go right now.
 
I like the feeling of being on my own the wilderness. I like the feeling of being close to nature. I like the idea of living simply. I like taking pictures of all the amazing things I find. I like the feeling of lying exhausted under the stars of a long hike through the woods.

I dislike the feeling of loneliness that inevitably comes from being by myself for long periods of time.
 
i hate campers, they sit in the back and snipe me across the map...sometimes they even spawn camp. I occassionally camp to get a good kill streak/kdr.

i think we do diff kind of camping...
i do real camping.. pack up a bunch of stuff an find some woods an just start hiking till were really far in the woods an there's no one or nothing around us but woods

there isn't even a rest room
us girls kinda squat behind a tree or a rock w.e we find first
some of us dont even use tents we just sleep on the ground in a bag in case something comes out of the woods were not stuck in some square little box an cant see what it is

but what i like
is the fact that were all alone theres no one out there wit us
no rules no laws. we can be as loud as we want
i love the smell of the fire
an i love it when we get it so big that u have to stand like 20 feet away or you will get burnt
i love how no matter whos with us were all having a good time
i love the wood runs ( a bunch of us go on hike no matter what time or how dark to find some more wood for the fire)
the peaceful sound in the morning when u first wake up
we usually bring the guns an get to shoot them where ever how ever at what ever we want an thats hot


i dont think theres anything i dont like about it....
oh i guess i dont like the bugs but usually im to drunk to notice
 
i never went camping before.but the only thing i'm worrying about is the bears.i'm scared of them.
 
Love:
*sitting around the campfire
*spending quality time with loved ones
*floating on the water (we always camp near lakes)
*the cool crisp air at night (best sleeping weather)
*good camping food
*looking at stars and having peace at night
*having a cold beer without worrying about finding a DD
*wearing grunge clothes and no make-up for a few days
*the good conversations around the campfire

Hate:
*bugs
*trying to find something I need at night (it's pitch dark and I lost my flashlight)
*loud camping neighbors
*gross bathrooms (I agree with you)
*packing & unpacking
*the heat!!!
*forgetting something essential for cooking dinner...ugh!!!
 
What I like:
-The stars are beautiful
-No loud cars
-Spend time with my family and friends
-Fresh air

What I dislike:
-The insects (mosquitos, flies, etc.)
-Animals howling at night
-Setting up the tent
-No shower/bathrooms
 
I like: The smell of nature and getting away from traffic and hectic world. I dislike the packing and unpacking....
