My wife and I broke up 3 weeks ago and emotionally I am totally imbalanced. My soul hurts so much and the pain I'm feeling is felt almost physically. I am in a point of my life when I have to make serious changes, I'm facing a crossroad for my future. I'm not sure, but I think I have a depression. I am alone in the dark and a friend suggested to go for meditation sessions. This would help me reach my inner person, understand who I am, feel happy and strong again and that it would give me a clear view of my life...
I started with my search and I found this website (www.project-meditation.org) where they say that LifeFlow is the ultimate and easiest way to experience meditation. Does anyone know something on the subject? Any recommendations? How could this emprove my life, give me new perspectives?
Or maybe you can give me other ideas on how to cope with my situation?
