What do you grow in your garden?

Just wondering what people who have gardens grow. I might start my own because I heard that growing a garden will insure the fruits/vegetables are healthier if you eat them after you pick them, rather then have them picked and lie on a self for a few day at a grocery store. Thanks for all your help in advance!
