i read you lift more weight with less reps to get big and if you wanna get lean you do less weight with more reps but im a skinny guy with a pot belly and love handles little ones but still so should i do more weight with less reps to get big then after im bigger do less weight with more reps to get leaner and if i lift more weight with less reps what do i eat to get big im confused by that like do i just eat anything with alotta protein and calories or what and what do i eat if im lift less weight with more reps. help me out im confused
