What do you eat on a typical day?

Meal 1- 60 g protein shake
Meal 2- 3 packs oatmeal+10 oz milk + 2 cups yogurt
Meal 3- 2.5 cups kashi cereal + 20 oz milk + 5g glutamine(not all mixed together)
Meal 4- 1/3 bag pasta + fake ground beef + 10 oz milk.
Meal 5 - 60 g protein shake.
Meal 6- same as 2
Meal 7- same as 1

All the dairy products I use are fat-free. Also, all the grains are whole.
Depending on the time of week and the year...
I will also mix in eggs, pita, hummus, bagels, tortillas, and skim cream cheese.

I eat fruits and vegetables randomly throughout the day.

I also drink ~45 ounces of water between each meal.

lol. when i first saw the 1st persons answer i was like o_O

morn: egg + milk. never changes. kinda weird come to think of it. sometimes i add stuff.
lunch: anything from whichever stall that as the shortest queue
dinner:rice+veg+meat

not a good example.

So for breakfast i have: porridge made with milk and 1 banana
Lunch: tuna brown bread sandwhich with salad on the side
Dinner: whatever my mum makes normally it is fish or chicken, brown rice or potatoes with steamed veg OR pasta with pesto, or either red sauce or else lasagne lol.
Have 2 snacks a day: fruit and a handful of nuts or else a low fat yoghurt
im 13 yrs old =)

Well I never eat until after I exercise in the morning. I pop in a denise austin dvd and get some strength training done.

Then I go downstairs, put some water on the stove and make tea.
I eat about a cup of cornflakes with half a cup of soymilk and sometimes I throw in some blueberries.
Lunch varies depending on what I feel like having. Usually one slice of whole wheat bread with ham and lettuce and a hard boiled egg. Sometimes I have a tuna salad.
Most times I have a snack between lunch and dinner like a small piece of chocolate or a granola bar to keep my cravings at bay.
Dinner is always meat like hamburgers or chicken with stir fried vegetables or vegetable soup.
Dessert is usually a small piece of cake or a scoop of ice cream.
I live with my grandma so there's ALWAYS healthy food around but there's also some sweets too so I try to eat as much healthy food as I can while still indulging my sweet tooth
