First thing to do if you are in it is open the windows quickly. As once it sinks the water pressure will not let you open the doors which is why most people drown. If you open the window asap you can climb out. Not sure about windows once its sunk, but would say the water pressure would make it hard to move them. cheers

PS if you not in it, ring you insurance agent or go and get drunk!!
 
Wind down the window and escape through it. You probably won't be able to open the door.

If you're really worried about this happening consider buying a life hammer.
