What do you do when the lights on a 2000 Chrysler Sebring won't stop flashing

when u unlock the doors? i just bought this 2000 chrysler sebring and the lights won't stop flashing when i unlock and get out of the car,
 
Sounds like a security system issue, most likely there is a proceedure to enter the car and you are not following it. usually the system can be reset by locking and unlocking door with key. since you just got car, your not used to system and the old owner probably knows more or if you have owners manual, it may tell you
