What do you do at work when u have a free minute? And what is the best time-killing way at a work place?

When I'm working, it's either because someone is bleeding... or has a short two minute problem on the phone, so I have alot of time to kill.

I can get a good two dvds in per workday with my freetime, or I think I could answer a good 1600 questions, if I had the points to do it.

I work in an emergency room so there's almost never a free minute unless I'm on my break. In that case I like to go to the park across the street and swing for awhile.
