From your experience, what do you think is the most reliable and accurate type of personality testing/assessment? By this, I am referring to those such as the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator, the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, Big Five Personality Traits, etc. I have personally always stuck by the MBTI assessment, but I have heard a number of times from various sources that it can be rather sketchy and unreliable, so what do you think?
