If it's sort of folded or bent badly, you can say it's "tacoed" (if it takes a shape that resembles a taco shell).

If your wheel is out of true, that's something different -- minor adjustments to the spoke tension can fix that. The rim isn't damaged in this case.

I always do that... I meant "wheel" not tire.
