R RACHEL New member May 27, 2010 #4 Well I now live in Huddersfield (west yorkshire) and they call them teacakes, but I'm a southerner and we call them Rolls or Baps. To me, a Teacake has dried fruit in it. Other yorkshire people call them a 'Barm' or something.
