What do yo think about buying a 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible for $5000.00?

need to buy a used car in the $5000.00 range and have come across a 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible for that price. The car is clean runs well etc. What is the history on these cars, engine and transmission wise? I don't want to make a bad decision because the car looks good and runs good. Thanks !
 
You probably can get it cheaper. I don't know all the info. Miles? need tires? Go to Kelly Blue Book.com and punch in all the info. It will tell you what the car is worth. It is 9 yrs. old. Are you buying it from a dealer or personal party??Where in the country are you also depends.
