it says, "if your hair is very DRY OR IN POOR CONDITION apply the colourant mixture to the mid-length and the ends of your hair ONLY for the last 5 min of the processing time. Otherwise, this could result in a more intensive colour."
so is this saying that dry or poor-conditioned hair will colour more easily?? i thought hair that was in poor condition does not colour easily.
my hair is dry and course mid length down because i permed it approx 3 years ago. when i have coloured my hair previously, the colour is more intense around the top of my head and around the nape of my neck due to the hairs being thinner and smoother in these areas.
so, please help me understand what the instructions are trying to say. thanks.
