What do sushi chefs say when you walk in the door?

I never knew what exactly they were saying. It just sounded like a loud "HEY" lol. I usually just nod to indicate I heard it. Seems to me it's just a way of saying hello.
 
It is "irrasshaimase", but they say it so quickly you really can't tell.âˆ*°)
