what do indian men and women think about cosmetic surgery in their culture?

i need to find out what the indian culture thinks about western civilization using cosmetics and surgery and if they would use them or other natural products to make themselves beautiful.
Need Information For Coursework In Humanities.
 
It beats me all to hell how their culture (?) has "crept" into our society where in more than ample concessions have been made and granted. If their women want to make changes to themselves via any means available, it should show and prove one thing to these so called "male mates" of theirs that they DON'T LIKE their own culture, and maybe they're tired of being constantly put down as females..
The males are such arrogant and pompous a-holes, it's not even funny..
I reside in a city that their actions are seen so much on a day to day basis it gets to be quit sickening..
