What do if im getting some unknown calls in my cellphone and workplace that i

answer and i ain't hear nothing? What do i do im getting freaked out ive been getting calls since last year and now it is on my workplace all the calls say on the ID unknown and i pick it up and i only hear some whispers.
Is somebody having the same situation or knows what to do or what is happening? Please let me know.
 
its happened to me its just someone you might know playing a stupid prank on You or trying to annoy you or maybe an ex girlfriend that wants to hear your voice change your number or just simply ignore the calls trust me they will get tired of calling!
