what do i write in this sorry letter?

my friends mom is coach of a rep soccer team and i attended one tryout. she told me i would be on the team but i still had to go to the other tryouts coming up. i then thought about my commitment to the team and i had just recently gotten a job and i knew that would keep me busy along with school in september, the same time the team would start, so i decided to not be on the team. a couple days ago she sent me a facebook message pleading me and asking me to reconsider joining. i know for a fact i don't want to join but i can't find the right words and can't decide on what to say to her.. help please?
 
your friends mom should actually grow up! You are being responsible by getting a job and you don't have the time for soccer. Very rude of her to interfere with your life.Just be honest with her and explain your needs in your life.

I am so happy that you would want me on the soccer team but this year is kind of crazy. I recently got a job and I have school this September. I need to do a good job this year and I cannot be distracted during the school year. Maybe on a weekend I can help you coach a practice or two. Thanks again,

Something like that would work. Don't give in to something that you know is going to make your life more crazy. Your main things are school and your job. Remember to be nice and sincere. I hoped this helped[=
 
explain to her that your priorities for your future are in order of school, job, then free time, and that free time is lesser than what it was when you didn't have a job. So you can't fully commit to any sport right now.
 
just say your really sorry that u cant join and you really want to join but you have your hands full with many other things

2nd get your writing material

3rd look at the paper

4th write these letters down!!
