What do I wear to my school dance?

Its my first school dance. All school rules apply[no spagetti straps,skirts/dresses finger length,etc]. Also the theme is casual. So what do I do? I don't want the dress and full heels. 1. Its to hard to dance in. 2.To formal. 3.i need something to catch the eye of every one and maybe even get some jealous. 4. and last both most least its in our gym probably...can you come up with somthing
 
Well, since you can't go sexy, then go with a fun theme that gets noticed. Dress in a mobster style pin stripe pants and vest with a gangster hat and cute hair style and nice fresh makeup. Or go as an anime hero with belled bottom pants and a futuristic top and cool eye makeup. Try fun colors or outlandish styles. Look at second hand stores for different looks. Be different. Try going in a color scheme. Hats are fun too. Make ure your hair and makeup rock though! Keep a smle and walk in as if you own the place and you will pull it off well. Just don't be a snob about it though. be real and have fun.
