What do i need to wash a car?

I want to start washing cars after work. i am going to charge only ten dollars and i am going to wash outside as well as in. Im going to need some kind of rechargeable vacuum. what else do i need? i will be a traveling car wash doing it right in front of peoples houses. how cna i use as little water as possible for the outside?
