I have an Electronic Engineering degree and I want to start a business doing PAT Testing for local businesses. I'm buying a Seaward device for £800 and I know I need to organise Public Liability Insurance but what else do I need? Also I want to do a qualification for PAT Testing. I've heard City and Guilds 2377 is the best but which in the 2377 series of qualifications is the best one for me?
